The reigning Miss Universe Catriona Gray will be making her first visit to the UAE.
She will have a quick meet-and-greet with her fans in the BurJuman Mall today and will stay in Dubai for three days until Saturday, September 21.
Gray’s three-day schedule is packed so for those who want to see the beauty queen, they can head to the mall where a fashion show will take place in the main activity area from 6 pm. The 25-year-old Gray will come out on stage around 7.30 pm to greet fans and a quick Q&A session expected to last about 30 minutes.
On the second day, Gray will be honoured with the Woman of the Year award. She will also attend the Annual Galad Awards hosted by Xpedition Magazine which is intended to raise funds for a charity organisation for children called Smile Train.
If fans are still keen on trying to see her, she may spend her last day in the emirate going sightseeing around the city and checking out the major tourist attractions. She will also be staying at the Grand Millennium Dubai for the duration of her trip.
Gray was crowned Miss Universe 2018 in December. She spent her childhood living in Australia. She was born in Cairns in 1994 to a Scottish-Australian father, Ian Gray, and a Filipina mother Normita Ragas Magnayon.
